Originally a warehouse conversion Columbia House was built in 1910 with the typical charming brick aesthetic commonly found in Gastown. Unique to this building is the architectural glass facade added to the west-facing side of the building complete with peek-a-boo views of the Northshore mountains from its gated outdoor area. Adding to this block's vibrancy is located across the street, The Anchor Building, which will be a destination spot and continuation of bustling Water Street.
